Friday, we will be in the church by approximately 2 PM.

My out of town and overnight guests are welcome anytime after that.

All are free to join us at 6 PM for an informal rigging workshop and discussion.

If you need somewhere to be earlier, please text me at 503-720-4039 and we will figure it out!

No extra cost, but please RSVP so we know who to expect.

It is just fine to bring a guest or two as long as they are over 18.

Suggested donation for guests is $30. If you know they’re attending, please have them fill out a registration form.

Last minute guests are not a problem.

Please let us know! This is incredibly helpful for scheduling, and avoiding disappointment at the end of the night.

Some of us will be having a sleepover at the church. 

You’re welcome to join us on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night. 

You’ll need to bring bedding and a cot or mattress if you don’t want to sleep on the hard floor.

Some crash mats are available and hook rats who are flying in will be given priority on these.

Continental breakfast/coffee provided in morning.

Our awesome volunteers are working to put together some food for the evening.

A pasta or baked potato bar will be set up with ingredients to address everyone’s food sensitivities and preferences.

The amazing Katrina has agreed to lead us in yoga at 10 AM on Saturday and Sunday.

Feel free to bring a mat and some yoga pants and join us in a big stretch with some inclusive and very approachable Yoga. 

If you are flying or taking the train and need a ride from the station or airport, please let us know.

Many of our local Hook Rats have offered to help with rides.

We need to know your schedule as soon as possible.

If you are a dick, you will be asked to leave.

We have a zero tolerance policy for racism, sexism, homophobia, or other bigotry.

There will undoubtedly be non-sexual nudity. Any sexualizing of anyone without consent will not be tolerated.

Consent involves many things. Whether it’s hugs, photographs, or ass slaps.

Please be sure you are communicating and respecting all boundaries - both implied and explicit.

If anyone makes you uncomfortable in any way ,for any reason. We will have humans of various gender identities available to chat with you and help to resolve your issues in a private space. 

Pronouns will be respected to the best of everyone’s ability. When and if correction is necessary, please do so in a gentle manner.

To be clear. 

If you support our current administration as it strips rights and dignities from our marginalized communities and friends, you are not welcome in the space we are creating.
